Welcome to Sight Machine Help
Sight Machine is a manufacturing data platform. It takes in data from your plant — machine controllers, historians, sensors, MES and ERP systems, and uploaded files such as CSV and Excel — standardizes it with your guidance into a model of your facility (its assets, tags, events and KPIs), and powers the analytics and applications you use every day.
Each deployment is dedicated to one customer and isolated from every other: every facility gets its own environment, with its own database and its own copy of the application. Nothing is shared with other customers at the data layer.
Throughout the product, an AI agent works alongside you. You can ask it questions about your data, have it explain what you are looking at, and — if your role allows — have it help you model your facility.
